We were delighted to be awarded the contract for the Victoria House demolition located on Fir Tree Lane for Eastleigh Borough Council as part of the council’s ambitious multimillion pound One Horton Heath Project.
Work to secure the site started in April. Our remit was to demolish and recover recyclable materials, provide site ground preparation and clearance of waste. We deployed one of our new Kobelco SK300 excavators with grapple attachment which gave us control of the demolition and the picking and sorting of waste materials.
HWM Group were able to provide the full demolition and site clearance work using our own fleet of tipper trucks to provide muck away clearance and our own Multilift hook bin loader trucks for recovery of recyclable waste.
One Horton Heath is a new development set across 310 acres in the Borough of Eastleigh.
