Asbestos removal and decontamination projects can vary in size and complexity.
We undertake the removal of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) within a wide range of environments using both our own trained operatives and trusted partners depending on the size of the project.
Licensed and non-licensed asbestos removal requires extensive and detailed planning as well as segregation areas with controlled and enclosed methods of removal. We also provide notifications to the HSE and relevant authorities.
On completion of any asbestos removal projects, HWM Demolition will provide approved analytical testing documentation and reoccupation certification for your records via our analytical laboratory partners.
What to look for
If you unexpectedly come across asbestos... You should stop work immediately, confirm what it is or assume it is asbestos and carry out risk assessment. This will help determine if the work requires a licensed contractor. You should only carry out non-licensed work on sbestos if you have had the appropriate information, instruction and training.
