Following the successful lift slab demolition of the Fareham MSCP (Multi-storey car park) earlier in the year, HWM Group has progressed with the new replacement surface car park. Our Civil Engineering division are currently levelling the site whilst constructing drainage, new walkways and installing utilities across the site.
With great collaboration from all stakeholders, the project is on schedule. The surface car park will service the existing shopping centre and the new Fareham Live arts centre with EV charge points being installed as part of the development.
Our client Neilcott Construction Limited have redeveloped the new Fareham Live arts centre for Fareham Borough Council, which the new surface car park will support.
